Waldemar

Waldemar Cantor is a college student in the University of the Philippines who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. He was recruited along with several of his friends, and was provided a strange blaster that fired out orbs that shot movement-predicting bullets.

His Above and Beyond counterpart is Willow Cantor.
