Sachikayla Descartes is a college student in the University of the Philippines and one of the Laniakea's two leaders. She plays a major role in managing the operations the team does, which she does while carrying a large crystalline wand that allowed her to control and absorb electricity, and occasionally wearing glasses that grant her near-omniscience.
