Jenssen Delalande is a college student in the University of the Philippines who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. Upon recruitment, he was given a staff that controlled a flock of robotic crows which were used to grab and retrieve small objects.
His Above and Beyond counterpart is Jessamine Delalande.
At some point in 2018, Jenssen Delalande enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Jenssen was set to represent the Ironwoods in a Math contest within their batch, but lost due to interference from a competitor allied with an organization that would later be known as the Laniakea.
Over a year later, he, along with several of his batchmates travelled to the United States for the 100th International S.T.E.M. Olympiad under Arturio's lead. He does not notice Tyriann despite his presence during the competition, which he and his allies led to victory. Tyriann attempts to recruit him, where he reveals he has known about the team for a long time since Arturio told him about it. Right there and then, he joins the team, and is provided a staff that controlled a flock of robotic crows, which he used to catch some stolen papers.
He is later grouped with Tyriann and Cylene for their Research class, allowing him more opportunities to work with the team.
Jenssen attends the batch's Graduation Ball after he graduates high school. During the ball, he loses his memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out

Jenssen is industrious and hard-working, always preparing for anything sent his way, though his persistence often results in burnout and isolation. He is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting his mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
