Halvetio Armstrong is a college student in an unknown university who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. He was provided a pair of chain-mounted blades by the two leaders.
His Above and Beyond counterpart is Hailey Armstrong.
At some point in 2018, Halvetio Armstrong enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Halvetio encounters Mykhaile's trouble and tries to figure out the cause to no avail. Additionally, he becomes suspicious of Yrine's intentions due to her temperament. He even gets knocked unconscious by Johnston while trying to spy on the team that would later be known as the Laniakea. However, Tyriann recruits him soon after, providing him a pair of chained blades.
He even helps Murdock join the team, calling on the leaders to help provide weapons, as well has accompanying them on missions as a backline.
Halvetio attends the batch's Graduation Ball after he graduates high school. During the ball, he loses his memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Halvetio is quite laidback and usually goes with the flow, but when presented with an opportunity for action and sometimes mischief, he never fails to take it. He is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting his mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
