Gallagher Linnaeus is a college student in then University of the Philippines who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. He wields a harp that can emit powerful sound waves.
His Above and Beyond counterpart is Genevieve Linnaeus.
At some point in 2018, Gallagher Linnaeus enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Gallagher was seen performing on stage when Sachikayla and several other members of the group that would later be known as the Laniakea set their sights on getting him to join them. Shayne shows him several of the perks of joining, including his own musical weapon, which is what finally prompts him to become their ally. As a result, he has his harp modified to shoot out pulsating sound waves that hit with extreme concussive force.
Later he is seen using his ultrasonic harp to create a feedback loop as a distraction, seemingly damaging his hearing as a result.
Gallagher attends the batch's Graduation Ball after he graduates high school. During the ball, he loses his memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Gallagher is an expressive and assertive person who find thrill in the smallest things, often pushing the limits in everything he does. He is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting his mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
