Florian Banneker is a college student in Ateneo who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea after defecting from his former clique, the troublemaking Sickle Cells. The two leaders gave him a wand containing a formulated chemical capable of permanently weakening somebody.
His Above and Beyond counterpart is Flo Banneker.
At some point in 2018, Florian Banneker enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Florian is seen with Jempeis in the audience of the Math Intersection, cheering for Jenssen, but he encounters Tyriann here as well. Just that was enough for him to grow suspicious of Tyriann while Jempeis simply played fool.
Much later on, he volunteers to assist in managing a gender identity seminar with Renee. He meets Jempeis again, but this time, he is finally recruited into the organization that would later be known as the Laniakea. He is given a wand with the head of a dragon that could spit out weakening toxins, which he uses to dispatch the Physics unit on multiple occassions.
Florian attends the batch's Graduation Ball after he graduates high school. During the ball, he loses his memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Florian is brave and compassionate, and often looks for a greater purpose, as he becomes uncomfortable when there's nothing to do. He is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting his mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
