Randy Esmyrelda Beaufort is a college student in De La Salle University who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea after defecting from her former clique, the troublemaking Sickle Cells. She carries an Uzi, and has the ability to run at almost the speed of sound thanks to a special pair of boots.
Her Above and Beyond counterpart is Randy Essex Beaufort.
At some point in 2018, Randy Esmyrelda Beaufort enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Esmyrelda hears from Raykelan about a team that would later be known as the Laniakea, and asks their two leaders if she can join them. They agree, especially after hearing that she has stolen many cheat sheets, and they provide her an Uzi. She almost gets caught with it, but Sachikayla distracts the teacher who almost witnesses her holding a weapon.
Later, she was provided a pair of boots that greatly boosted her speed, which she was only supposed to use for a show, but was allowed to keep them afterwards, even using them to help recruit Javadd. She almost attracts too much attention from the police by using her Uzi to scare people off.
Esmyrelda attends the batch's Graduation Ball after she graduates high school. During the ball, she loses her memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Esmyrelda is proactive, quick-thinking, and wary of others and their intentions, despite a somewhat notorious reputation for acting without thinking. She is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting her mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
