Caspian

Caspian Leeuwenhoek is a college student in the University of the Philippines who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. He carries a wand that allows him to fire flurries of metal blades in burst or cyclone formation.

His Above and Beyond counterpart is Cassandra Leeuwenhoek.
