Cameron Mandela is a college student in an unknown university who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. He carries a repeating crossbow, and possesses an extreme level of balance and coordination.
His Above and Beyond counterpart is Camille Mandela.
At some point in 2018, Cameron Mandela enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Cameron goes on a ride during a school fair, but passes out due to excessive centrifugal force. When Sachikayla helps bring him back to the fairgrounds, he recognizes her due to the red glasses she wore, and she decides to recruit him to the team that would later be known as the Laniakea. He was provided a crossbow, and tried to shoot despite his dizziness, nailing the shot in one try.
He was later sent to steal research journals from the Research unit, and was equipped with non-lethal ammunition tipped with narcotics. He almost fails, but thanks to the ammunition, slips away without a trace.
Cameron attends the batch's Graduation Ball after he graduates high school. During the ball, he loses his memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Cameron is cautious and calculating, and always makes sure every possible outcome is accounted for. When trouble arises, he lingers behind the scenes waiting for the right moment to take his shot. He is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting his mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
