Basilia Petrarch is a college student in an unknown university who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. She was given a staff that allows her to control a robotic tiger capable of climbing walls.
Her Above and Beyond counterpart is Belteshazzar Petrarch.
At some point in 2018, Basilia Petrarch enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Basilia participates in an school fair escape room with Sachikayla, and easily clears it with her help. She later meets Tyriann after almost getting thrown in the fair's "dungeon", but becomes skeptical of him, correctly presuming he has supernatural abilities. Basilia attempts to uncover the truth, but her attempts kept getting thwarted.
She later takes charge of an organization to help manage stray cats, and she runs into Tyriann again. This time, Tyriann gifts her a staff that allows her to control a robotic cat, which easily aids her in her goal. Once done, she was welcomed to the team that would later be known as the Laniakea.
She later uses the robotic cat to terrorize Kingsley before the rest of the team recruited him.
Basilia attends the batch's Graduation Ball after she graduates high school. During the ball, she loses her memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Basilia is quite skeptic when it comes to whatever she doesn't understand. She is relentless and sometimes gullible in her pursuit of knowledge. She is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting her mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
