Arturio Spencer Linnaeus is a college student in the University of the Philippines who joined the subversive organization known as the Laniakea. He carries a staff that controls multiple pairs of hovering eyeball drones that can attack and relay vision to his glasses.
His Above and Beyond counterpart is April Spencer Linnaeus.
At some point in 2018, Arturio Spencer Linnaeus enrolled in Philippine Science High School's Main Campus.
Arturio almost secures his section's win in the Math Intersection, but fails last minute. He then focuses his attention to the International S.T.E.M. Olympiad, as the school promised to automatically pass everyone in their batch if they somehow won. Lacking one member, Tyriann offers to join, completing the team.
While in the U.S.A., Tyriann provides Arturio a staff that lets him control a group of eye drones that can connect to his glasses, and welcomes him to a group that would later be known as the Laniakea. They secure the win in a jaw-dropping spectacle, forcing their school to automatically pass their whole batch.
Upon returning, he accompanied the team on many missions, acting as a surveyor.
Arturio attends the batch's Graduation Ball after he graduates high school. During the ball, he loses his memory due to the cataclysmic result of Sachikayla and Tyriann's falling out.

Arturio is steadfast and filled with determination. He spends his days looking for the right moment to make his life and others' better. Despite people thinking he's crazy for thinking that it would be feasible, he doesn't back down, knowing he has to take a shot to land a shot. He is extremely loyal to the Laniakea primarily due to the L.E.N.S.es affecting his mind, though the incident at the Graduation Ball has changed that momentarily.
